1. What is a Private Theatre?
In our private theatre, you get an exclusive, cinema-like experience. Watch movies or shows from OTT platforms on a big screen with surround sound, all in a private setting. Enjoy on-demand food and drinks, comfortable seating, and a cozy ambiance tailored just for you and your group.
Perfect for family time, birthday celebrations, first dates, anniversaries, pre-weddings, “bride-to-be” celebrations, special days, or small gatherings!
2. Which Movies and Shows Can Be Watched? Can We Play Our Own Videos?
You can watch any movie or show available on popular OTT platforms, giving you access to a wide range of genres and new releases.
If you want to play your own video, we’ve got you covered! Bring your content, and we’ll ensure it plays smoothly on the big screen for your private viewing.
Note: We do not provide OTT accounts; customers must log in with their own credentials.
3. Are Decorations Customizable?
Yes, decorations are fully customizable! Whether you want a themed setup for a special occasion or just to enhance the experience, we can tailor the décor to suit your preferences. Let us know your ideas, and we’ll create the perfect ambiance for your private theatre event.
4. What If I Want to Cancel the Booking? Will I Get a Refund?
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled time: Eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations after 72 hours: Refunds may not be applicable.
Please notify us as soon as possible for cancellations to avoid inconvenience.
5. What Additional Amenities Are Available?
In addition to the private theatre experience, we also offer:

6. How Do I Book the Private Theatre?
Booking is simple! Visit our website, select your desired date and time slot, and confirm your booking by making the payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the booking is complete.
7. How Many People Can Be Accommodated in a Private Theatre?
Our private theatre can comfortably accommodate small to medium-sized groups. The exact number depends on the setup, so feel free to contact us for specific group requirements.
8. Is Outside Food Allowed?
We encourage you to enjoy our on-demand food and drinks for the best experience. However, if you want you can order food online from zomato, swiggy or bring your own food. that is totally up to you
9. Can We Choose the Seating Arrangement?
It is a private theatre, so the whole room and all seats will be exclusively given to the person who made the booking.
10. Are Kids Allowed?
Absolutely! Our private theatre is family-friendly and perfect for hosting kids’ movie nights, birthday parties, and other special occasions.
11. Can We Extend Our Booking Time?
If you’d like to extend your booking, please inform us during your session. Extensions are subject to availability.
12. Are Washrooms Available?
Yes, washrooms are available for your convenience.
13. What Happens If There’s a Technical Issue During the Booking?
Our team ensures that your experience is smooth and hassle-free. In the unlikely event of a technical issue, we will resolve it promptly. If the issue is not resolved immediately, you will be eligible for a refund.
